Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens! Please give me 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. If something comes up, just let me know so I can let other clients grab that appointment. It’s just me in the suite, so every appointment counts!
Cancellations or reschedules falling under that 48 hours notice notice may incur a 50% fee. No call/no shows will be charged 80% of the scheduled service. Thank you for your support and understanding!
